Olexa Mann is a contemporary Ukrainian artist, essayist, curator, illustrator and blogger.
Olexa was a member of independent anarchist art union ”Will Or Death” and the founder of the art group “Bacteria”. Throughout his career, he took part on art projects, residencies, symposiums, and exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. His works are presented in galleries and private collections in Ukraine, France, Austria, Poland, USA and other countries. He is developing a personal anthropology based on anti-heroes of modern population and examining topics like aggression in society, urbanism, ecology and transformations of cultural and social spaces, everyday surrealism and esthetics of daily life.
