Anton Pilgram, born in Brno, one of the most significant personas of mid-European gothic, comes alive in a new comic produced by TIC BRNO. Michal Konečný, writer and Pavel Matyska, illustrator give picture of the time, when the congenial builder and sculptor lived and at the same time tell readers about his remarkable life journey. Dark comic called The Stonemason follows the recent exposition at Old Town Hall’s tower and is for both tough kids and adults. It reminds one of the most significant, yet a bit forgotten Brno persona and shows he is not only the author of the twisted spire of the Old Town Hall’s portal.
